When you place your order Etsy will automatically redirect you to PayPal. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account - you can use your credit card on PayPal to make a safe and secure payment. PayPal will process your payment on my behalf, and I will never, ever be given access to your credit card details or other financial information.

Please do make sure that you pay for your items as soon as you’ve placed your order, as I can’t despatch your goods until I have received your payment. If I don’t receive payment I will attempt to contact you using Etsy’s Conversations messaging system. If I don’t hear back from you within 48 hours I will cancel the order.

I want your prints to reach you in perfect condition. I pack them in an acid-free clear-faced bag for maximum protection and ship them in a cardboard postal tube.

If you have ordered more than one print I will endeavour to send them in a single postal tube in order to reduce delivery costs. In such cases I will issue a refund to cover the difference in shipping fees. Please note, however, that I will only send multiple prints in a single tube at my own discretion and if I judge that I can do so without any risk of damage to the items.

I aim to despatch your goods within two working days of receiving your order. UK orders are sent First Class; International Orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Airmail service. Delivery times are typically 3-5 working days to European countries and 5-7 working days everywhere else, though customers should note that Royal Mail will not guarantee delivery times for this service.

VERY IMPORTANT: No duty is charged on goods shipped to countries within the EU. While many non-EU nations exempt artwork from import duties, some countries do impose taxes. International customers will be responsible for paying any and all duties levied by their local customs jurisdictions. I am unable to refund the cost of such duties in the event that you wish to return an item.

My fine art giclee prints are made with matte white archival paper and, if treated with care, should remain in their original condition for decades to come. However, as with all artwork, I strongly recommend that you hang your prints out of direct sunlight in order to avoid fading. For maximum protection you might wish to choose a frame glazed with museum quality glass.

Please remember that colour reproduction varies between monitors, and consequently the colour of your print may differ slightly from what you see on your computer screen.
